I have always pretty much known that my two children are not cut from the same cloth. Not even from the same fabric family tree. Never was this more evident than this summer.
Emma LOVES the water - remember she is a "little fish"!
She loves to jump in, at any depth, and tries to swim or explore underwater. She loves going down slides and does so extremely quickly. Many parents at swim lessons took to calling her "The Cannonball" and her teacher remarked that most of the older children cannot navigate the slide with the total reckless abandon that my 3 year old exhibits.
So Emma J earned a new nickname this year: Fearless Emma.
And it really, really sums her up.
She is not afraid of ANYTHING - heights, depths, water, or speed.
Heaven help us all.
